Before I joined HaSET as the Operation and Admin Manager, I have more than 10 years experience in different international humanitarian organizations like: GOAL ETHIOPIA, MERCY CORPS and OXFAM GB managing logistics, administration and finance.
My strong educational background and extensive experience in the operations, finance, logistic, and administration with Comprehensive knowledge of polices, rules, and regulations of various Donors like: USAID, UNICEF, UNHCR, USAID, UNOCHA, ECHO, EU-SHARE, Irish Aid, OXFAM USA, GFO. My problem-solving and interpersonal skills combined with being a strong team player make me an appropriate staff for any humanitarian support organizations.
My educational background includes an MA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University School of Commerce.
