Elaine Jeon finished her MPH training at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2023, studying social and behavioral sciences and health communication. Prior to Harvard, she received her MMSc in global affairs as a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University and BA in economics from Amherst College. Elaine worked as a management consultant for four years, collaborating with health organizations across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Her research interests are in understanding how people’s contexts (social, cultural, political, structural) and the digital and medial landscapes they are situated in shape their access to and engagement with health information, especially at the community level.
