Elyse Park, PhD, MPH

Dr. Elyse R. Park is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)/Harvard Medical School and a Senior Scientist in the Mongan Institute Health Policy Center. She is Associate Director of the MGH Cancer Center Survivorship Program, Director of Behavioral Sciences Research in the MGH Tobacco Research & Treatment Center, and Director of Behavioral Health Research in the MGH Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine. Her research focuses on development and integration of motivational and behavioral intervention treatments, particularly for chronic stress and smoking cessation, into cancer and survivorship care. Her clinical expertise is short-term interventions for patients transitioning to survivorship care.

Dr. Park earned her PhD from Yeshiva University and completed a fellowship at The Miriam Hospital.
