Meg Quint

Research Assistant, Fenway Health, Boston MA

Meg Quint (they/them) is a Research Assistant at Fenway Health, working on multiple studies on the Adolescent Trials Network and Biomed Teams. Meg graduated with a B.S. in biochemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they supported multiple research projects in cancer biology and genetics/genomics and qualitative studies on the experiences of transgender and gender expansive (TGE) higher education professionals. In their current role, Meg supports technology and biobehavioral based interventions to reduce HIV risk in LGBTQ+ youth and explores preferences of men who have sex with men on emerging PrEP modalities. Ultimately, Meg plans on pursuing a combined MD/MPH to support TGE healthcare and related epidemiological/public health research.  Outside of work, Meg is actively involved in initiatives to support LGBTQ+ pre-medical students and sharing narratives of LGBTQ+ patients in providers in healthcare (see more at dxqueer.com). Meg is also the proud parent of a 40 year old sourdough starter and over 30 plants!
