Sangetta Subedi, MSc

Clinical Research Specialist, Center for Gender Surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital

Sangeeta (she/they) is a clinical research specialist at the Center for Gender Surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital, working with Dr. Oren Ganor. They received their MSc in Medical Anthropology and Cross-Cultural Practice from Boston University in 2022, where they conducted research on how queer and trans people of color (QTPOC) conceptualize family and navigate reproductive healthcare services. Prior to coming to Boston, Sangeeta also received her BA in Psychology and Educational Studies from Swarthmore College. She is particularly interested in research that centers the lived experiences of marginalized communities and takes an intersectional lens to issues of reproductive health and family formation. In their free time, Sangeeta enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and making snarky faces with her cat Nettle.
