Rob Buelow has defied stereotypes ever since he took an undergraduate women’s studies class with a male professor. “He taught me about power and privilege–who has it, who doesn’t, and why it matters.” Later, as a violence prevention educator, he realized he wanted to make a difference on a grander scale. At HSPH, he’s drawing on classic marketing techniques to make messages about healthy lifestyles more memorable and appealing.
