Harvard Chan Africa Health Students Forum (AHF)

Welcome to AHF!

This year, we have much cause for celebration as we embark upon our 20th anniversary. Twenty years ago, African students on our very campus saw the need to create a formal organization to engage and debate the dominant discourse on Public Health issues facing the continent, as well as push for Africa’s continued rise to prosperity for all. The Africa Health Students Forum at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health has been promoting inclusion and innovative thinking to inspire students to make a positive impact on the continent, through healthcare. To achieve the aforementioned goals, we host multiple events throughout the academic year, including the annual Africa Health Conference (AHC), World AIDS Day, Malaria Day, campus-wide social gatherings, and Fireside Chat conversations with renowned and established public health practitioners on the continent.
