To successfully promote the conduct of high quality, comparable benefit‐cost analysis, this project must meet the needs of diverse decision‐makers, analysts, and other stakeholders. Throughout the project, we solicited substantial input, by requesting copies of relevant materials, conducting brief surveys on issues of concern, requesting comments on draft documents, and issuing invitations to our events.
