Happiness at Work

George Ward is a behavioral scientist at the MIT Sloan School of Management. His research lies at the intersection of economics and psychology, and focuses primarily on the study of human happiness and well-being. Previous work has studied the asymmetric well-being effects of positive and negative economic growth, happiness in the workplace, as well as the relationship between subjective well-being and voting behavior.
