Human-Centered Design of a Stakeholder and Equity Data-Driven Implementation Process

Project Summary: This study uses human-centered design methods to improve the usability of a Stakeholder and Equity Data Driven Implementation (SEDDI) our team developed in prior formative research with Community Health Centers (CHCs) partners.  In the current study, we will use Cognitive Walkthroughs for Implementation Strategies (CWIS), an efficient, low-burden method for assessing and improving the usability of implementation strategies.  The project will involve a series of human-centered design workshops with up to eight participants across four CHCs.  Following the workshop series, will co-present improvements to SEDDI at a CHC Implementation Learning Community session to gather more user feedback on the perceived usability of SEDDI prior to planning more rigorous testing in a future implementation trial.
