Al-Hamndou Dorsouma

Dr. Al-Hamndou Dorsouma is Manager, Climate and Green Growth (PECG2) within the African Development Bank. He is responsible for leading and managing the Bank’s team of Climate Change/Green Growth Specialists and Climate Finance Officers in the Headquarters and Regional Hubs. Agreement.

Dr. Dorsouma also worked for two other international organizations, namely the Observatory of Sahara and Sahel (OSS) in Tunis as Environment and Climate Change Officer and for the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in Geneva as Senior Programme Manager for Resource Mobilization and Development Partnerships.

National from Chad, Dorsouma holds a PhD/Doctorate of Business Administration from the Luxembourg’s Business Science Institute (BSI) and the School of Management of the Jean Moulin University Lyon3, France. He is also a holder of a master’s degree on International Development Studies with focus on Environment Management from the International Senghor University of Alexandria, Egypt, and Masters in Geography from the University of N’Djamena, Chad.
