Lillian is a Partner based in Paris, where she advises on sustainable and impact-based commercial strategies for emerging markets, and operational efficiency. She has experience in global health, trade and industrialization policy, job creation policy, inclusive business models, access to finance, and digital transformation across the Africa region.

Lillian’s most recent work includes supporting Ethiopia’s Ministry of Trade and Industry to revamp their industrialization policy to ensure swift and steady, inclusive and equitable growth for the country. In addition, she recently helped the Ministry of Innovation and Technology to develop the country’s first-ever digital transformation roadmap in support of the country’s aggressive target to reach low middle-income status by 2025.

Prior to Dalberg, Lillian worked for General Electric (GE), where she held leadership positions at regional level in Africa as well as country level, having opened and operated GE’s first direct commercial office in Ethiopia. Lillian completed her post-graduate studies in international healthcare management at Yale University’s School of Medicine (USA), holds an Masters in Public Health in Health Economics and Informatics from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (USA) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in the USA.
