Victor Hillman received his Master’s degree in Work Environment from UMass Lowell, with concentrations in Industrial Hygiene and Pollution Prevention. He manages Industrial Hygiene services provided to some of Liberty Mutual’s largest users of those services and mentors members of Liberty Mutual IH team. He also provides high-end industrial hygiene field services to clients globally as well as in New England. He has a wide range of experience in diverse environments including industrial, aerospace, defense, commercial, construction, shipyard, mining, and residential. Victor provided consultation to the City of New York during the World Trade Center disaster clean up.  He is active in developing and maintaining industrial hygiene products and services provided to Liberty Mutual customers and has testified numerous times in cases involving occupational and environmental health.

Besides having 40 years of hands on industrial hygiene and safety consulting experience, Victor is an Instructor at the Harvard School of Public Health’s Exposure, Epidemiology and Risk Program, and has been active on a number of American Industrial Hygiene Association committees, has been on AIHA local section boards, and has developed and delivered AIHA professional development courses. He is a certified safety professional and certified industrial hygienist.
