The Office of Career and Professional Development works with employers in many ways, including hosting employer recruitment activities and events, like career expos and information sessions, and promoting potential job and internship opportunities to students and alumni. Harvard Biotech, Pharma, & Healthcare Expo

The Harvard Biotech, Pharma, & Healthcare Expo is a great opportunity to connect with Harvard students who are seeking full-time and internship opportunities across the life sciences sector, including in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology fields, as well as in global and public health.
Harvard T.H. Chan Virtual Spring Internship Fair

The Harvard T.H. Chan Virtual Spring Internship Fair will connect your organization with our community of talented public health master students. The online format provides an easy, effective way to reach your target audience and answer their questions. This is a unique opportunity to find stellar candidates for your open internship positions, all from the comfort of your home or office.
Virtual Information Sessions
Deliver a virtual presentation to a large group of students on topics that may include the recruiting and hiring process, open positions, the qualifications and characteristics you seek in candidates, and insights into organizational structure and company culture.
Virtual Information Sessions can be scheduled Monday – Thursday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm or between 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Eastern Time). Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to give us enough time to promote your event to our students properly. You may submit a request to host an info session by signing into your Harvard Chan CareerConnect Employer Account. Click on “Events>Request New Event>Add New,” or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Virtual Career Conversations
Connect with a small group of targeted students (5-10) based on degree program, field of study, and graduation year to discuss your organization and open positions. This is a great way to get to know specific students and encourage them to apply for your open positions. Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to give us enough time to promote the event properly.

Career Treks to Washington, D.C. and New York City
If your organization or company has offices located in Washington, D.C. or New York City, we welcome the opportunity to have you participate in our Fall and Spring Career Trek Programs and host a group of students at your office for a 1 hour informational site visit.
Career Treks are on hold until further notice. However, if you are interested in connecting with students around jobs in DC or NYC, please email us for more information email@example.com.
Local Site Visit Program for Boston-Based Employers
Can’t make it to campus? Host a group of 10-20 students for an informational site visit. During the visit, employers are able to provide prospective candidates and job seekers with a first hand glimpse into their company or organization. A site visit can take different forms and usually lasts between 1-2 hours.
Our Boston-based Site Visit Program is on hold until further notice. However, if you are interested in hosting a group of Harvard Chan students for a webinar or information session through your organization’s online video presentation platform, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Virtual Subject Matter Expert Talks and Virtual Career Panels
We partner with employers to host virtual subject matter expert (SME) talks and seek volunteers to serve on virtual panels that encompass a variety of public health career education, trends, and topics.

Virtual Interview Program
Participating in our Virtual Interview Program enables employers to post a job in CareerConnect, screen application documents, and then schedule interviews all in one location with the support of our Employer Relations team.
Requests must be received at minimum, 4 weeks prior to the desired interview date.
