Richard Gerlach, PhD, CSP, CIH

Rick Gerlach is currently President of RG Consulting LLC.  In July 2017, Rick retired from Cintas Corporation after 14 years of service as Senior Director of Safety & Health.  

Rick has 41 years of professional safety and health experience including positions at Halliburton and PricewaterhouseCoopers, NUS Corporation (Halliburton), and the Industrial Health Foundation. Rick is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (retired status) and Certified Safety Professional (retired status). He is a former Chair and former member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Management Committee. He is also a former Chair and member of the Textile Rental Services Association Safety Committee. 

Rick has been married for 43 years to Kim and has two sons, Tim – married to Estefania, and Mike – married to Samantha.
