Robyn C. Davis is a senior business leader, investor, and board director. She has extensive experience in healthcare and financial services and has also advised global and local firms on strategic issues across a wide range of industries.

Robyn currently serves as a corporate Director for Brooks Automation (BRKS), a global leader in robotics serving the semiconductor and life sciences markets. She has served on the Audit, Compensation and Finance committees. Additionally, Robyn serves as a Director for Akston Bioscience, an early-stage specialty pharmaceutical company with novel biologic therapeutics, and Psychemedics Corporation (NASDACgs: PMD), providing patented, FDA-cleared, clinical laboratory services for the detection of drugs of abuse.

Since 2000, Robyn has been Managing Director of AngelHealthcare Investors, a group comprised of Boston-based health and investment leaders. Robyn has managed the investment process and the portfolio of early-stage investments including medical devices, life sciences, information technology and professional services. She served on the boards of several portfolio companies and actively contributed to their fundraising, business model, and successful exit.

Robyn was also a co-founder of Higher Aims, advising boards, CEOs, and senior executives on value-creation, growth strategy, cost reduction, and leadership development. Robyn has taught in the HBS Executive Education General Management Program Strategy Group.

Earlier, Robyn was a Director at Barents, LLC, leading an international professional staff that advised governments and businesses in emerging markets. As a Consultant at Bain & Co., Robyn completed corporate strategy engagements serving manufacturing, services, and healthcare clients.

Robyn holds an Executive Masters Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.  Robyn was also recognized by "WomenInc" magazine as a "Most Influential Corporate Director."  She earned a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard University.
