Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) identify gaps in the current measure of Soldier readiness; 2) describe potential factors indicative of Soldier readiness available in the Soldier Performance, Health, and Readiness (SPHERE) database; and to 3) explain how machine-learning techniques can be used to predict Soldier readiness.
