Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) describe the changes in anthropometry throughout pregnancy; 2) explain how anthropometric changes in pregnancy impact activities such as load bearing and other ergonomic tasks; 3) list the health effects of poor ergonomic practices in pregnancy; and to 4) discuss guidelines to protect pregnant workers from ergonomic hazards.
