Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) discuss the five types of evidence required for claim acceptance; 2) explain the definition of “causation;” 3) discuss the importance of describing the mechanism of injury in proving causation; and  4) discuss examples of causation, both satisfactory and unsatisfactory.

 

This event will be in person for anyone with an active Harvard appointment (student, staff, faculty).
