COVID-19 hotspot prediction: Performance of selected metrics

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) describe the critera used by the CDC to define a COVID-19 hotspot; 2) discuss the main epidemiological metrics currently in use to describe pandemic severity; and to 3) explain the relative performance of epidemiological metrics in predicting COVID-19 hotspots.
