Thomas J. Loughman, CSP, PMP, MBA

Mr. Thomas J. Loughman is the Vice President of EHS Program Management and Transformation at Amentum. He provides safety, health, and environmental leadership to a group of over 45,000 employees in more than 250 locations worldwide, performing design, construction, operations & maintenance, and technical services. In Mr. Loughman's role he leads strategic and transformational initiatives and manages policy, training programs, and performance measurement.

Tom ahs his CSP, an MBA, and is also an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School's Executive Education.
