Erin O’Dwyer

Erin O’Dwyer is a PhD student in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan in her second year whose professional interests lie at the intersection of nutrition and regenerative agricultural systems. Prior to Harvard, she completed her masters in clinical nutrition at The National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, where she fell in love with farmers markets and seasonal eating. Erin firmly believes how we grow and consume food is the most powerful tool we have to end climate change and create a healthier, more resilient world. In addition to her study at Harvard, she is working on a project with the Columbia Center for Sustainable Investment on aligning the food sector with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Erin currently lives with her partner and cat and is obsessed with fashion design, sending hand-crafted snail mail, and weekend hikes that end with oat milk lattes!
