Julia Raifman, ScD, SM, serves as an Assistant Professor within the Department of Health Law, Policy & Management at Boston University School of Public Health. She will present on unemployment insurance and food insecurity among people who lost employment in the wake of COVID-19.

Ellen Moscoe, ScD, MA, is a behavioral scientist within the Mind, Behavior, and Development Unit at the World Bank Group. She will discuss leveraging AI to reach fathers and support child nutrition in India during COVID-19.
