Quanyi (Ryan) Dai is the Data Analyst for the LEAPS program. Ryan is primarily interested in examining how inequalities are produced throughout the course of child development and what are the consequences of inequalities on children’s outcomes in adulthood. He holds an Ed.M. degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University and an LL.B. degree in Sociology from Peking University.
