Saima is the Study Coordinator and Research Manager for the LEAPS program. Saima Siyal has master’s degrees in Education and Sociology. She has 13 years of experience in managing community-based parenting and education programs to promote early child development working with Aga Khan University. She has significant experience in program management, training and supervising intervention delivery teams, and assessment of early child development. Saima has also trained assessment teams internationally, including in Tanzania and Rwanda. Saima’s research experience includes mixed methods approaches to evaluating interventions. Saima is the founder and currently working as a Research Manager and Chairperson at DREAM.
