Shahnaz is the Evaluation Lead for the LEAPS Program. Shahnaz has a Master’s degree in sociology. She has 15 years of experience in community-based early childhood development research with Aga Khan University. Her expertise includes quantitative and qualitative data collection, child development assessments, training, coaching, supervision, and quality assurance. Shahnaz is currently working as an Evaluation lead at DREAM.
