Shumaila Memon is the Intervention Mentor for the LEAPS program. She has a Master’s degree in sociology and Education. She worked in community-based ECD and ECE research with Aga Khan University since 2009. Her 12 years of experience provided her expertise in quantitative data collection, child development assessments, coaching, and supervision.
