Zarina Siyal is the Intervention Mentor for the LEAPS program. She has a Master’s degree in sociology. She worked in community-based ECD and ECE research with Aga Khan University since 2009. Her 12 years of experience provided her expertise in quantitative data collection, child development assessments, coaching, and supervision. Zarina is currently working as a Research Coordinator at DREAM.
