Ege obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science from ETH Zurich, Switzerland in 2020. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in the same field at the same institution. In the past, Ege worked in Prof. Joachim Buhmann’s group at ETH Zurich, focusing on research in inverse reinforcement learning. He also collaborated with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory on a deep learning project aimed at detecting extreme weather events. In 2023, Ege completed a summer internship at QuantCo, where he applied causal inference techniques to optimize the claims process of an insurance company.
