Dafne got her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Statistics in Padua, Italy. She is currently a visiting Ph.D. student at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her interests are Bayesian nonparametric models and causal inference.
Captain Nate Fairbank is a visiting graduate student from Carnegie Mellon University, where he is pursuing a Masters in Information Systems as a US Army Artificial Intelligence Scholar. An avid runner who completed the 2022 Boston Marathon, he is excited to spend the summer wrestling large datasets and hiking, sailing, cycling, and generally exploring the Northeast!
Lauren Flynn is a master’s student at HSPH in the Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics program. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology and mathematics at Providence College.
Born in Shanghai, China, Zifan went to undergraduate in Spartanburg, South Carolina to pursue a degree in computer science and a minor in math and physics. His research interests include physiological responses in stress-inducing scenarios and predicting hospital mortalities using deep learning methods.
