Gianluca is a PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at University of Pisa and IMT Lucca. He has a Master’s degree both in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and in Economics. Currently, he is a visiting PhD student at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. His research regards Network Science and Machine Learning applications to SDGs, e.g. environmental and social justice, and climate change.

Ege obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science from ETH Zurich, Switzerland in 2020. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in the same field at the same institution. In the past, Ege worked in Prof. Joachim Buhmann’s group at ETH Zurich, focusing on research in inverse reinforcement learning.
