Overview

Dr. Tasmiah Nuzhath is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research interest is focused on using health behavior theories to examine social, political and structural influences on equitable healthcare access and utilization and disease prevention. Dr. Nuzhath's primary research agenda focuses on two related challenges: (1) understanding the drivers of vaccination hesitancy and vaccine related misinformation, & (2) investigating the role of social media and healthcare professionals to address VH and misinformation.
