Todd Lewis, PhD, MSc, is a Research Associate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the People’s Voice Survey workstream lead for the QuEST Network. Todd recently completed his PhD in Population Health Sciences with a specialization in Health Systems at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. His dissertation work focused on user- and facility-level determinants of high-quality primary care across multiple low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Todd was a Senior Analyst at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, D.C., where he conducted mixed methods research examining hospital best practices with a focus on physician issues and clinical programs. Todd obtained a Master of Science in Global Health and Population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
