Howard Koh honored for tobacco and drug prevention efforts

Howard Koh, professor of the practice of public health leadership at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, received a 2015 National Leadership Award from the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) on February 5, 2015. Presented during CADA’s 25th Annual National Leadership Forum, the award recognizes Koh’s “significant contributions to public health and tobacco prevention, and his long-standing support of community-based drug prevention.”

Koh rejoined the School’s faculty in July 2014 after spending five years as the 14th Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
