Pranoti Pradhan

Pranoti Pradhan, PhD, MPH, MA is interested in elucidating cancer disparities and etiology among populations of different races and demographics to better understand and enhance early cancer detection, interception, and prevention practices. Her research is primarily focused on analyzing the progression of preneoplastic lesions to invasive cancer to help mitigate cancer risk and achieve cancer health equity. She is also interested in distinguishing prostate screening antigen levels among individuals from different backgrounds to provide improved prostate cancer screening guidelines and recommendations in the future. Prior to joining the fellowship, she earned her PhD in Epidemiology from Vanderbilt University, MPH in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from Cornell University, and both her MA in Bioethics and BA in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
