Is emergency medical service a basic right for everyone? What is the best way to develop an emergency medical security system in China? Harvard faculty, scholars and students are looking for an answer to this important health care issue. At a recent HCHRG seminar, Dr. Yuanli Liu, HSPH China Initiative Director, presented preliminary results of the study “Developing an Emergency Medical Security System in China: Necessity and Feasibility”.
