Louise Keogh Weed is an Instructor in the Department of Health Management at the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health and the Director of Leadership Training at the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care. She has designed at taught several masters-level courses including “Strategic Management in a Global Setting”, “Data Management for Healthcare Managers”, and the “Practicum and Culminating Experience for Health Management.” Louise is the Faculty Director of the “Advancing Leadership Strategies for Evolving Healthcare Executives” in the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public health Executive and Continuing Education Department. Louise is the Faculty Co-Director of “Managing Yourself and Leading Others in Healthcare” Course at the Harvard Extension School Center for Professional Development. 
At the HMS Center for Primary Care, Louise runs and serves as Faculty in the “Advancing Teams Program," “Leadership Masterclass for non-Physicians in Primary Care", “Medical Director Leadership Institute.”
Prior to working at HSPH and HMS, Louise worked in Integrated Clinical Primary Care settings in Safety Net and Community Health Systems. Most recently, she was the Director of Medical Management and Improvement at Codman Square Health Center, where she oversaw all the Primary Care Innovation, as well as Managing the Provider group with the CMO. She has also worked as a Consultant for Accountable Care Organizations, Behavioral Health Integration Programs, and other similar systems. 

Louise holds a Bachelor’s in Women’s Studies from Tufts University and a Master’s in Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health. Louise is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Service Alliance, and Secretary of the Board for The Farm School Foundation. Louise lives in the Boston area with her husband, daughter, and dog.
