Call for Applications: Palestine Social Medicine Course

The FXB Palestine Program for Health and Human Rights 2024-2025 Fellowship will support a scholar with significant work in international humanitarian law and/or human rights law with an intersection in health and human rights as it pertains to the health of Palestinians to produce innovative scholarship in their respective field. The Fellow will be responsible for contributing to the advancement of the Program's mission of knowledge production, education, and community engagement in Palestinian health and human rights. Applications are due on January 15, 2024 for a one-year appointment with a flexible start date between April and September 2024.

The Palestine Program for Health and Human Rights, a partnership between the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University and the Institute for Community and Public Health at Birzeit University, is hosting our three-week intensive summer course designed to introduce students to the social, structural, political, and historical aspects that determine Palestinian health beyond the biological basis of disease.
