Online Curriculum

Health Care Project Management develops both the project management skills needed to improve health care delivery and also the people management skills to create an effective project management environment in a time of crisis or calm.

Participants explore the topics of creating and managing teams, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and negotiation in order to more effectively engage stakeholders and build support for project outcomes. Leading Harvard faculty will layer technical project management skills on top of these topics to ensure you return home with the highest level of project effectiveness.

The sessions’ dynamic online model is designed to provoke discussion, build foundational skills, and initiate practical ways to apply lessons learned.

Through experiential activities and case studies, participants will exchange ideas with a diverse group of classmates from around the world and varied health care settings, practice the project management skills gained during the program, and apply tools to their projects.
