Gratitude Workshop Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness

On Thursday April 18th, from 1-1:50 pm in Kresge 202B, we invite Harvard students to join us for “Gratitude Unfolded”, a workshop on integrating the art of noticing and appreciation into the student journey. Participants will delve into the transformative power of gratitude in their daily lives, beginning with an introduction to the scientific evidence supporting its benefits. Through well-being activities, including self-reflection and group discussions, participants will explore unexpected avenues of gratitude. The session will culminate in a creative card-making activity, encouraging students to channel their feelings of appreciation into a tangible gesture for loved ones, and allowing them to extend the reach of gratitude beyond personal experience.

This workshop will be led by Center Student Steering Committee members Suceil Sivsammye, MPH ’24, and Michelle Shah, MPH ’25. Lunch will be provided.
