Health and Safety Aspects in Laboratory Design: Prevention thru Design

Lou DiBerardinis, MS, CIH, CSP, director, Environmental, Health and Safety at MIT and Instructor at HSPH, will provide a preview of the upcoming course, Guidelines for Laboratory Design, offered by Executive Continuing Professional Education.  He will will explain the process for incorporating health and safety in laboratory design, describe key health and safety features in laboratory design and discuss the consequences of poor laboratory design.
