Join the Department of Global Health and Population for our weekly Thursday Brown Bag Series. On March 23rd via Zoom, Flora Nwagagbo will present, “Leveraging Improvement Science for Program Implementation”. Flora Nwagagbo is LEAD fellow at the Harvard Global Health Institute at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Drawing from lessons learned in the implementation of a quality improvement (QI) initiative to improve the quality of TB/HIV services provided by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program in Nigeria, Dr. Flora highlights the use of principles of improvement science to enhance program implementation, and the role of a leadership mindset in influencing change.

The Thursday Brown Bag Series is open to all and no RSVP is required.
