Join the HSPH-NIEHS Center for Environmental Health’s colloquium series on Re-envisioning the Environment: Diverse Voices in Environmental Health.  This month, we welcome Kenneth Olden, PhD, who recently retired from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he served as Director of the National Center for Environmental Assessment from 2012-2016. From 1991-2005, Ken served as Director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), in the National Institute of Health (NIH), and the National Toxicology Program (NTP) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He made history in this role as the first African American to direct one of the Institutes in the National Institutes of Health.
