World Cancer Week In honor of World Cancer Day  (February 4, 2024), the Zhu Family Center for Global Cancer Prevention is co-hosting, with Harvard University Dining Services, a week of free programs for the campus community between Monday, February 5th through Friday, February 9th.

“Ask the Experts: Cancer & Nutrition” Table Have questions about cancer, or about nutrition?  Stop by our “Ask the Expert” table in Sebastian’s Cafe and strike up a conversation with cancer researcher Tim Rebbeck, PhD and nutrition scholar Edward L. Giovannucci, D.Sc., M.D.All week:

  • “The Wellness Cafe”: the Sebastian’s Cafe menu will feature items for sale that follow cancer-prevention guidelines.
  • An interactive educational kiosk designed around cancer prevention tips will be on display in Sebastian’s Cafe.

Other:

The Prudential Center tower will be lit in orange and blue, the colors of World Cancer Day, on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
