CUSTOM-DESIGNED TRAINING PROGRAMS

In addition to our regularly scheduled intensive short courses, IHSP develops custom-designed programs to fit the unique needs of a country or organization. We offer Needs Assessment, Training Program Development, and Training Seminars in the U.S. and in Host Countries. Through established training resources and tools, we can successfully transfer and implement short course models internationally.

The programs are led by a team of Harvard faculty and other public health experts. They apply theories and tools from the areas of economics, public health, political science, and management to better understand complex health issues that range from health care access to cost and quality. Topics have included:

  • Decentralizing Health Systems
  • Improving the Quality of Health Services
  • Health Care Financing-
  • Inequities, Protests, and Covid-19.
