Ana Maafs

Ana G Maafs-Rodríguez received a B.A. in Nutrition and Wellness and a master’s degree in Education from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico City. She worked as a nutritionist several years before completing  her M.S. in Nutrition Interventions, Communication and Behavior Change at Tuft’s University. She is currently a PhD student at Tuft’s Friedman School of Nutrition and Policy.  She is interested in promoting dietary behavior change in underprivileged communities, and she is currently a part-time Research Assistant in Dr. Mattei’s team.
