Alexis Miranda is an SM2 student studying cancer and reproductive health disparities among sexual and gender minorities. Alexis is also interested in studying fattism as an exposure in the context of cancer; exploring methods to determine if weight bias and weight discrimination are associated with cancer incidence and survival.
Alexis is also a member of the Harvard SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) Healthy Equity Research Collaborative.
