100th Annual George W. Gay Lecture in Medical Ethics
“Looking Back to Move Forward: Promoting Population Health,” Dr. Rueben C. Warren

Dr. Warren is currently the director of the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care and a professor of bioethics at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. From 1988 to 1997, Dr. Warren served as Associate Director for Minority Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

This event is hosted as part of APHA’s Annual Meeting. As such you must abide by APHA’s COVID and mask policies. Proof of vaccination will be required upon entry at the convention center or the Westin. APHA will accept your COVID vaccination card, a copy of your vaccination card or proof via the CLEAR app.

The Center is providing a bus from the Longwood Medical Area to the Seaport and back. If you would like to take the bus, please email bioethics_comms@hms.harvard.edu with the subject line “Gay Lecture Bus.”
