Research Seminar featuring research project presentations by Emma Goetzinger and Katie Senechal

Emma Goetzinger, MPH, will present her research project for the MS2 degree, A toxicological Study of the Response of Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells Following Exposure to Triphenyl Phosphate (TPP). She will explain the toxicologic effects and explain the mechanism of toxicity.

Katie Senechal, BA, will present her research project for the MS2 degree, Combined Effects of PM2.5, NO2, Temperature and Humidity on Fetal Growth in Eastern Massachusetts. She will describe Bayesian Kernel Machine Regression as a tool to measure the impact of concurrent environmental exposures on fetal growth and discuss the relative importance of individual mixture components on fetal growth at different gestational ages.
