Steven Thrasher and the ‘Viral Underclass’

Friday, April 21 at 5pm, join the Media, Medicine, and Health lecture series for a lecture by Steven Thrasher, inaugural Daniel Renberg Chair, Northwestern’s Medill School, the first journalism professor anywhere to focus on LGBTQ research.

Steven’s book, The Viral Underclass: The Human Toll When Inequality and Disease Collide, is receiving wide acclaim for its depiction of HIV/AIDS.
