Funded NIH Grants

The research of the PQG faculty is widely supported by NIH grants. The past and ongoing NIH grants, on which the PQG faculty serve as the Principal Investigators, can be found at rePORTER. This site also provides an access to the publications supported by these grants.

Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core

The Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core was established in 2003 to assist researchers at HSPH with the management, integration and contextual analysis of biological high-throughput data.  The Core, let by the Scientific Director Shannan Ho Sui and overseen by Associate Director John Hutchinson, provides consulting, training, tools, databases and guidance on best practices. It fosters collaboration and a community of bioinformatics activities by working closely with other Cores and Centers in the Longwood community and across Harvard and builds a unified infrastructure supporting a diverse set of experimental systems and high-throughput biological data.
